• Software development for the applications of Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) in ophthalmology.
• Advanced biomedical image processing algorithm development.
• Scientific computing involved with optical imaging based on Fourier transform.
• Medical imaging acquisition and processing.
• Image processing program development based on a solid interdisciplinary background with emphasis of medical imaging and optics.
• Work within a research and development team in which projects are brought from concept to product in a fast-paced, technically challenging environment.
• Transform R&D results to the form that can be applied to the prototype written in Visual C++.

• MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics or related field. PhD a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Visual C++ and MATLAB is a must.
• NI LabVIEW or LabWindows a plus.
• Work experience in a medical diagnostic environment highly preferred. Work experience in industry or laboratory is also considered.
• Experience of visualization techniques in biomedical imaging preferred.
• Experience in designing and/or integrating engineering systems a plus.
