Topcon Medical Systems (TMS), of Paramus, NJ, is pleased to announce that Paul Iwasaki has been appointed President of TMS. Paul succeeds Susumu “Scott” Hokari, who has returned to Japan to rejoin the executive staff of Topcon Corporation. Paul was previously in the United States during his tenure at Topcon America from 1983 through 1996. During that time, Paul held various management positions within the Survey and Medical Divisions. From 1994 to 1996, he also served as President of Topcon Technologies, Inc., our Electron Microscope Division. In 1996, Paul was appointed President of Topcon Europe in the Netherlands and in 2002, he returned to Japan to assume the role of Senior Manager of International Sales for the Medical Division.
